General Info:

• Art: Beach Cottage is full of art that the Owner has collected over 3 decades of travelling and working overseas and at local art fairs and elsewhere in the UK. If you would like to know more about any of the art please ask and we can advise galleries and artists.

• Heating system is electric with individual heaters programmed to work like a central heating system.  Property is double-glazed and very well-insulated with modern insulation

• Wood-burning stove in living room, starter supply of logs provided.  Guests to supply own for rest of stay, bags of logs available in all local shops

• Parking: available in surrounding streets, guests may drive up to the cottage on arrival and departure to unload their cars, but cars cannot be left parked on the lawn outside the cottage at any time

• All linen and towels provided, excluding beach towels

• WiFi throughout, please note as a remote village the connection is considerably slower than in cities and even slower in peak holiday times when the population of the village can treble.  Boosters are in place to maximise speed, but it is still relatively slow
