Walled front garden with large table (seats 6) and four Adirondack chairs (perfect for enjoying the view with a glass of wine).
We are very lucky at Beach Cottage to own all the way down to the High Tide mark, and the lawn in front of the cottage does belong to the cottage. It is of course still a right of way for walkers. Guests are free to enjoy this grassed lawn during their stay, we like to drag the Adirondack chairs up to the edge of the lawn and enjoy the view with a large G&T. We also have deck chairs and windbreaks for using on the grass or down at the beach.
Porch has storage for shoes, dog leads, etc.
The back patio is a little sun trap and a great place to enjoy the evening sun (if you can tear yourself away from the views out the front).
BBQ - we have a Weber Q which we tend to keep out the front in summer and in the back in winter.
Shed - beach toys, wind breaks, deck chairs for guests use.
